Who We Are
On The Road Again!
We are pretty good at taking bad selfies.
We left our footprints in 50+ countries, 100+ cities. Together, we speak more than 10 languages, and have lived in 6 countries.
We are lucky to have great friends all over the world who are not shy to share their local tips. Having travelled the seven seas either solo, as a couple, or with families and friends, we've become pretty good at crafting itineraries.
The ones that people always tell us "I should have asked!".

I was made in Taiwan, grew up in New Zealand. I've moved from countries to countries about 6 times. Sydney has been home for almost 2 decades but London was also home for about an year. Actually, London was home during weekdays, Europe, was home for the weekend. I'm bilingual in English + Mandarin. When under the influence of wine, I also speak French, Japanese and Cantonese Like you, I wear many hats in life: I'm a Master Chef-wanna-be, and a certified yoga teacher. I'm a shower soprano and once a chorister at the Sydney Opera House I used to do policy work for the Australian government. I also worked in business advocacy in London, Edinburgh and Taipei. Whenever I can, I travel. I am that bubbly person at the cafe and bus stop, chatting people up and making friends wherever I go. I started travelling solo before smart phone was invented. Rather than asking: "Where's the best restaurant?" I'd ask: "Where would you take your mom for her birthday?”. These personalised questions have opened my world, getting all the insider tips that are more realtime, meaningful and practical than anything on Google. Of course, I've also learnted it the hard way sometimes, getting lost, missing my train... Why not sharing these hardearned experience and knowledge? This is why I created Should Have Asked, Your Bespoke Travel Planner. I want to help people who wants to travel but need a little help with planning. Whether you’re just thinking of going somewhere, or you’ve started planning, even during the trip, I would love to help you to map out your perfect plan.
